In this two-part Episode of The Spa Strong Podcast, we had the pleasure of speaking with Ryan Ellis. Ryan is an Anxiety Coach and former police officer based in Los Angeles. He is also Royal’s older brother!

We talk to and work with estheticians every day who deal with anxiety and the trials it brings. Because of this, we wanted to invite Ryan on to discuss the topic and offer insight on living and working with anxiety.

Ryan struggled with anxiety his entire life, and over the past few years has made it his mission to understand and gain control of it. Through his own discoveries and progress, he has started working with other individuals who struggle with anxiety and has helped them learn to control over it, too.

Listen in as we discuss some common misconceptions surrounding anxiety.
